Who is the Illuminati?

Illuminati is a name used for some secret groups, historical but also modern, real or fictitious. The name refears in history to the Bavarian Illuminati, a secret society founded in 1776. Today the term of Illuminati is used to name a malefic organisation suspected to own the power of the world by controlling affairs, corporations and gouvernments. Some people believe that Illuminati are behind the events that will lead to a New World Order establishment. Illuminati represent one of the greatest mark for the conspiracy theory. The conspiracy theory supporters believe that this group is dictating from the shadow everything what happens in capitalist, comunist, zionist, islamic or catholic world, in the royal british family or US presidence, in UE or ONU, masonery or Knights Templar.

The fondation and the organization of the Order

Illuminati was a group fondated at the end of the 18th century in Bavaria, Germany by a Jesuit-taught Adam Weishaupt, proffesor of canon law at the University of Ingolstadt. Strongly influenced by the ideas of Illuminism, he decides to form a group by republican collegues, freethinking  supporters. At 1 mai 1776 Adam Weishaupt and baron  Adolph von Knigge form and name the order Perfectibilis, the group was also called Bavarian Illuminati or The Order of Illuminati.  Karl Theodore became ruler of Bavaria in 1777, being totally against the Enligthtened Despotism, his government banned all secret societies, including the Illuminati. Progressive politicians and many influented intellectuals became members and they pledged obedience to their superiors.Among the members we can name famous people like Goethe and dukes of Gotha and Weimar.Illuminati managed to make branches in almost every european country from their first years of existence and they had around 2000 members.
The radical ideas of the Order upset the Catholic Church which in 1784 convinces the Bavarian Gouvenment to vote a law which bannes any secret society like Illuminati or Freemasonry. The Order falls apart in 1790 and right after apear the conspiracy theory that Illuminati plans to replace all the religions with umanism and all the states with a single world gouvernment.The theory wins more credibility because of similitry of Masonry and Illuminati combined with the sinister manipulation of the society.Thomas Jefferson, president of  SUA, declares that he could understand why the Illuminati were forced to adopt the secret character as a caution of spreading informations and pure moral principies.The rumors say that even the president of USA could be Illuminati. Other rumors started to run about the involvement of Illuminati in USA business. The All-Seing Pyramid on the great seal was reminded as reprezenting a secret symbol made by the highest rank members of the Order of Illuminati which intention was to show that the All-Seing Eye of the Order oversees the americans. All this apear on the american bills. Also was sugested that the secret organisation like Skull and Bones was fonded like a branch of the Order of Illuminati. In modern times, the theories of conspiracy refering Illuminati became more and more bizare and enough fantasist.

Writers like Mark Dice, David Icke, Ryan Burke and others, sustain that Illuminati survived and also exist even today.Conspiracy theorists think that many important people was/are members of Illuminati groupation among them Winston Churchill, Bush family, Barack Obama,  Rothschild clan, David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski.
